Contractor hse performance
Aims
The aims of this course will identify all the necessary steps in the Contractor HSE Performance Review (CPR) Process leading to the contractor's evaluation by a selected management panel using a scoring point system in a checklist for each step.
Outcomes
To familiarize each participant with the steps in the CPR process, namely (including the CSV's):
Review of Site Safety Visits (CSV's)
SCV Trends and Performance
Review of Incidents
Review of Equipment
Review of Staff and Management Structure
Quality Review
Commercial Review
Any other business
This agenda is used as the basis for a Pre-Meeting with PPA Management, and minutes are recorded including the completion of the points on the checklist. There will then be a Final Meeting by PPA with the contractor to provide feedback
