Aims
To prepare participants for the role of Offshore Emergency Response Team Leader by developing both knowledge and practical skills.
Outcomes
describe the role of the Emergency Response Team Leader,
initiate servicing of equipment and replenish stocks,
allocate and confirm the team's duties and tasks,
monitor the team's progress, evaluating, adjusting and communicating the response plan,
maintain communications during an incident,
monitor stress in self and others,
debrief the team.
